Better to avoid, been there twice just to satisfy myself that the first visit didnt went well. They will not care about what you are asking for however they will try to sell only what they have. Better to avoid unless you need it somehow.
Their meat quality is as good as any other desi halal meat shop, nothing special, You have to take a number even if you’re the only customer ( funny ) and if they are busy they won’t even look at you or not even give you a nod with a smile to acknowledge your presence, I have seen people shake their head and leave, no courtesy, no regards for customer service. I thought religion teaches us politeness and friendly smile towards visitors and customers. None found here.
Go somewhere else if you want meat. Went on a Saturday morning, no one else at the counter, the least the butchers can do is say hi and say we'll be with you. They kept moving around with zero regard to the customers and only responded after being flagged down. Not worth giving them business if you're chasing the seller. Bad service, avoid it.
Tawakkal!s phone order is unreliable, they rarely pick up the phone. Today I tried to call 15 times, no one answers and the mailbox is full. Total frustration, and they do not answer properly in the topic when ask them face to face.
