In 2019 Carolyn helped me heal my body with real food and juices. The guidance and support was incredible. I still use many of the things I’ve learned now to upkeep my health. Highly recommend this place for the juice fast, salads and nutritional coaching
Absolutely awesome! I'm so plsd that a friend told me abt this place! Really grateful to have found this type of establishment! It is really needed in the NorthEast end of the city. Keep up the great work. The vegan borscht was wonderful. The green smoothie was amazing and gf hummus sandwich was quite yummy. I am looking forward to my other dishes this week! Never thought l could be vegan until l visited Energy Shack Juice bar, the plant base vege shakes are delicious, foods mouthwatering. Carol the nutritionist is so invested in every customer, the workers are so polite. They have different programs to get everyone on track to be healthy. Lost 10 lbs after detoxing and now eating only vegetables, low glycemic fruits and carbohydrates tailored to my specific needs such as millet, amaranth, brown rice...do not procrastinate any longer, Energy Shack Juice Bar will help you take control of your overall health.
The food and drinks are delicious, the service is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and Carolyn gives the best health advice around. She’s very knowledgeable and the results are amazing! Highly recommend it!
I BUY natural foods and shakes that are made without preservtives, and is fresh as nature intended it to be. Their fresh salads, fruit smothies,lentil soups, and daily Lunch specials are phenomenal.I would recommend it to everyone who wants to eat healthy.
Carolyn and the staff are amazing! I'm so happy Scarborough finally got a vegan food and juice bar. I shop here 3 times a week because I know the food is made with the best, plant-based ingredients possible, and the meals are not only tasty, they're actually healing! The nachos and the homemade maple granola oats are my favourite! And the cold salad rolls with vegan peanut sauce. Yummmmm! I read a review about it being "expensive" but in actual fact, the meals are very economical, based on the ingredients and organic quality. Remember, this place isn't the Dollar Menu at McDonalds - you're going to have to pay more than a buck to fuel your body the right way. The place is very busy at times because they're so popular, and sometimes there's a wait, but they've tried to accommodate and improve by allowing you to preorder your meals (at a discount!). A few comments made said something about the customer service which I cant understand because I've been there over a hundred times at different times of the day and they always great me with a Hello as soon as I walk inside. Maybe it was the "customers" that were having a bad day and took it out on the poor staff. I love this place to death and I hope it never goes away! My body is much better off.
I don't like how the owner treats her staff. Also she is the ideal business person but she has no customer service skills. The shakes and salad keep me coming back hate seeing her when I walk through the door though. Meh♀️
