Fantastic experience with this company! They renovated our first-floor flooring and kitchen in just two weeks. The work quality is excellent, and the new kitchen looks stunning. The crew was hardworking, meticulous, and very clean. They cleaned up everything perfectly after the job was done. We also really appreciated the excellent after-sales service; they followed up to check everything and promptly fixed a couple of small snags.

My wife and I contacted Jimmy at Bethel Kitchen Design to get a quote to have our kitchen floor and hall and counter top replaced. Jimmy had my wife come by their showroom to pick up some hardwood floor samples to bring back to the house for us to choose. In the mean time my wife and I waited for two months for Jimmy to drop by the house and to have a look and give us a price even though he lived two blocks away. Jimmy and his crew of two workers started the project in early Oct 2024. This was the start of our Nightmare with this Incompetent company. Instead of removing the cabinets from the kitchen to replace the flooring Jimmy worked around them causing the counter top to sit to high on the cabinet and not butt up under the back splash leaving a gap of 1/4 up against the wall that he fills in with silicone! The first counter top he made a mistake in making it so back to his shop to make the second one. This time he drills the hole for our Moen faucet in the counter top a 1/2 off center from the center of the sink!! While moving the fridge back in place after he replaced the kitchen floor he scratched the new floor. While ripping out the old floor he propped the side door open by using a piece of wood damaging the door and door seal. He broke the molding around the door frame in the kitchen. At the same time we hade Jimmy tile the small hall in the basement. He ended up Not tiling under the door frame and leaving a blank hole sticking out!! Days later Jimmy came by our house to pick up the money for the job. I asked him to come in and I wanted to show him all the mistakes he made and damage he caused to my house. Jimmy argued with me saying that everything was done correctly. And he was Not going to fix anything!! The next thing I turned around and he ran out of my house in a Rage and raced his BMW down our street at a High rate of speed endangering everyone around!! Please keep as far away from this company.
Recently had my kitchen renovated and Bethel of Kitchen Design went above and beyond my expectations from designing to installing the cabinets, countertop, and backsplash. Prices are very reasonable. All of the staff are also very friendly, especially June and Hritik. If you're looking to renovate your kitchen, i would highly recommend calling them.
