I had a wonderful experience with my blood work this morning. Vera the medical lab assistant was very kind and patient with me. She was very good at her job — quick and professional! Went for blood test today, lab was very busy but Vera was awesome. She was the only one working and the room was full, but she got the job done efficiently. She even squeezed me in for an ECG instead of me coming back another time since she knows that I live far from the lab. She was very accommodating and very professional. Alpha labs need more techs like her.

Had called in to book an appointment the person was very rude, not willing to help. Also when I had asked about the duration of the test the person asked if we also want to know the waiting time as well. I told yes then they go on saying they cannot say the waiting time as it depends then why would you ask in the first place if I wanted to know that or not. Very poor communication and customer service skills
Stupid staffs and bad customer service. It’s been months since I waited for my results and still they were making excuses and just wasted my time. Bad experience ever in whole life
