Earlier this year I was handed a DUI charge while exiting the turnpike on Hwy 401 on a late-night drive home straight from work. Wasn’t my first rodeo as this is my second offence, which entails the possibility of jail time and a lengthy license suspension. Already anxious and incredibly stressed from the predicament I put myself in, I sought legal representation from Niro Law as my defence attorney. During our initial meet (beautifully curated and comfortable law office by the way) Niro was able to guide me thoroughly, what to expect from litigation, as well the proceedings of which I would structure my defence.
