Totally unprofessional. Came across one of their plow drivers this morning clearing a driveway of a home directly across from an elementary school during school drop off. The driver dumped the snow from the driveway into the road, blocking all westbound traffic, blocked eastbound traffic with his vehicle, nearly reversed into multiple families with small children and a school bus, and then screamed at them to move because "I'M WORKING!" He was not plowing the road, he was hired to clear snow from a private driveway.
I hired C.R.E.W for pruning two big maple trees in my yard. Although I wasn't there when they went to do the job, I was happy with the outcome when I saw it. My neighbours were happy too. Thank you Francis for your service.

Francis is an amazing communicator (a lost art in business). Although we didn't end up going with them this season (as we only had very basic needs and ended up doing ourselves), they had very competitive pricing, and were very prompt when replying to inquiries even late at night. Would 100% consider them / go with them in future seasons.
