I have been a regular customer of this store ( Markham and Lawrence) and have always appreciated the good service, especially from the gentleman who I believe is the manager or owner. For example, just a few months ago, I purchased six pieces of luggage here and was treated with kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a very disappointing experience. On August 24th, I came to the store around 4:30 PM, well before the posted closing time of 5:00 PM. At 4:50 PM, one of the staff members (-Lady) told me to hurry up because they were closing soon. I had already picked out my luggage and simply needed to pay. When I told her I wanted to pay with cash, she insisted that I had to pay by card. When I explained that I only had cash, she finally agreed but told me I would still need to pay tax. I said when I pay cash I don't he gives me flat fee, but I felt her tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude. At one point, she even called me a “stupid lady” and told me not to come back to the store again. As a loyal customer, I was shocked by this treatment. It is not acceptable for any employee to insult customers. I truly feel sorry for the owner, because this kind of behavior from staff drives away good customers. I hope management addresses this issue so that other customers do not have to experience the same kind of disrespect. Pls check the camera for the time and the conversation between the staff and customer!!
I love this store. As someone who appreciates genuine leather, I know it’s hard to find a diversity of products all in one place with very fair prices — I was so happy with my finds here! And the customer service is great; helpful and knowledgeable.

I visited the shop on a Saturday right after the black Friday. I must say the shop has handbags and boxes of affordable rates and leather types with antique design. The day I visited have a special offer of no taxes on the cost. I was lucky enough. I bought two handbags, one for $25 and another one $30. I forgot the long strap of one bag and days later when I visited the shop and explained the situation, the ladies at the shop were so kind to me and gave me the strap I was looking for without even asking the receipt. I am extremely satisfied by the product and service.
I had the pleasure of buying my suitcases at this store for my upcoming trip. The store owner woman is wonderful and very helpful. Would recommend this store for all your travelling gear.
Very good indeed. I bought a very good heavy duty leather jackets. Wonderful all the way. The sale person in the store is very good in his job, he was Wonderful and helped me a lot. I'm very happy with my pouches. I really appreciate him. He is awesome.
Worst customer service I have ever seen Scarboro rude and doesn’t know how to respect people hope the owner talks to her before loosing customers and closure of store
