Worse Worse car I ever owned 2020NX300 After owning 30 cars this is the worse ever I’ve spent $42,000 for a hell ride. Didn’t have the choice to replace it after getting beat up as hell. I’m a truck driver and I already get beat up enough.this was my dream since I was a kid now I’m 66 I had the car for a few years only

We bought our RX350H SUV in November 2023 ie the same year model, sales helped us attain insurance for the car and asked us where we would park our car to which we answered in our driveway. Even after this, a car dealership knowing this car is so easily stolen , which should be coming with an installed engine immobilizer instead leads us to buy this 82k dollar car and park it in our driveway where it got stolen a multitude of times. Now 6 months into having the car we noticed that someone attempted to steal it by breaking the back window. When we sent it into Ken Shaw Lexus Coalition Centre, we asked what measures we could take to avoid our car being stolen. They then said that an engine immobilizer is not an option as it drains battery of the car which they will not be responsible for and recommended to go with their tracking system instead which doesn't stop the car from being stolen, just keeps track of where it goes. No sticker or indication was there to deter the thieves. This too charged us an additional $2,000 dollars for the system and a $1,000 deductible to pay insurance. We received a call around noon one day stating that their trackers don't see the car parked in our driveway and when we called the number back it was the dealerships accounting department. No one claimed to have called us. Again in the next 3 months the car gets stolen from our driveway at night and when recovered through the tracking system , the electric system in the interior of the entire car was destroyed,(ripped apart) this costed insurance around $35,000 in repairs. Then 2 months after receiving the car back , it was stolen again from Sherway Gardens parking lot at 2:30pm in the afternoon. The same damage occurred around the same cost, again it fell on us to run around between police, tow places and insurance to deal with. Lexus Canada and dealership on multiple occasions provided no assistance or safety features added. I spoke to Alina Vysokos just 2hrs prior to this event, warning her that I'm getting a message from their tracking system again and and she mentioned its a third party issue and Lexus Canada is not responsible and it's my decision to buy a Lexus so it should be my responsibility to come up with a solution. I can't believe a luxury car producing company would provide no further support to its customer. I also discovered that when the cars came into dealership for service likely soon after they were being attempted to be stolen, according to Alina that's also a dealership issue and has nothing to do with Lexus Canada. I was shocked on multiple occasions with her responses. This is a warning to future buyers that Lexus Canada does not provide assistance or support to their customers once they've sold their car. By now their parts department has made an equal amount of money as the cost of the car itself. Basically selling 2 cars for the cost of 1.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced...my lease expired Mar 29 2025...I have been trying to reinstate the lease but no dealership will do it...dealing with Lexus Financial has been a lesson in frustration...being told by Jay that Barrie hates North Bay Toyota so that is why they are not calling me back...omg...the dialogue I have from trying to get someone to step up to the plate is unbelievable...so I reached out to the new CEO and see if he will step up to the plate. Last name is Demetrie and has been in this new position since February.

Battery Range Issues with Lexus RZ 450e – No Resolution from Lexus Canada I wanted to share my experience with the 2023 Lexus RZ 450e to see if others have faced similar issues. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have encountered severe battery range limitations during winter, making it unreliable for daily use. Despite reaching out to Lexus Canada and Spinelli Lexus, I have received generic responses and, ultimately, Lexus informed me that they will not assist in any way with resolving the issue. As a loyal Lexus customer, I expected better support and transparency regarding advertised performance claims. I initially explored options such as a trade-in with a financial adjustment to obtain a more suitable vehicle, but Lexus declined to offer any solution. I’m curious—has anyone else experienced similar battery performance issues with the RZ 450e? If so, how have you handled the situation? I also welcome any suggestions on consumer protection avenues or ways to escalate this further.

My Lexus 300H had a battery issue and I took it to the dealership on January 8 where it remains as they don’t have replacement battery in stock. My advisor called Lexus Canada for support and the service has been very poor. First, she was told that the battery would arrive on Jan. 15 or 16 and now they are hoping for Jan 28. Lexus Canada won’t give me a rental as the car is over 10 years old, which sounds discriminatory to me. I’m changing my car next year and won’t be staying with Lexus after this disgraceful service.

My mother's lexus 12v battery died (2024 vehicle). The service technician told her that "the vehicle needs to be driven at least 500 kms per week in order to qualify for a warranty on the battery". My mother called me distraught with what she felt was manipulation & deception. I then called the Lexus Canada hotline who informed me there was no such requirement. Lexus Canada really needs to do a better job with the quality control in their dealership service departments. They are taking advantage of people and its not right.

Hi Guys do not buy Lexus i would sincerely suggest i own a RX350 have issues such as all lights blinking in the dashboard a/c gets switched off automatically, when i call customer service they have no answer they just note down, the dealers have no idea what's happening i take my vehicle every month to dealer. I have such a bad experience friends please DO NOT BUY LEXUS VEHICLES.
