I purchased a bag from this store and was told it was leather. The bag itself is beautiful. And the staff was absolutely lovely, very helpful and friendly! Maria was a pleasure to meet and speak with. Two stars because of how nice Maria was. But this doesn’t reflect the quality of the bags. Unfortunately after less than 5 weeks of use the bag is cracking like PC. The handle is literally ripping off… I don’t use this bag every day. I use it roughly twice a week. So this isn’t even normal daily use. Such a disappointment especially given that the design is beautiful. I wouldn’t buy a “leather” bag from this place again, I’ve purchased many real leather pieces over the last 15 years and I was a bit skeptical of this bag. But since the design is nice and discounted I decided to try it and replace things if they broke. Well, the bag is falling apart so I’ll have to start with replacing all handles and given the damage to the outer, I expect to have to fully replace the outside within the next few months.
Was in search of a good quality luggage. The clerk took the time to explain the differences of different qualities. Got a beautiful set of luggage for my trip to Vegas. My luggage was in perfect condition couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
My 1st and last time to this place. There website seems to not mention that they repair luggages, only found great reviews of purchases. I sent my luggage in to repair 1 wheel and understood that it'll be sent to a completely different business for the work to get done. I guess the price includes paying both businesses for the service and labor. I was contacted a couple days later to be told that there is another wheel that requires repair as well, I felt that it may have been a way to get more out of me because I checked all the other wheels before taking the decision to get it repaired. A couple more days later I whent to pick up the luggage and was completely appalled to see the condition of my luggage. The lady said that I brought it in that way... I actually felt insulted because that did not make any sense to bring in a disgusting luggage for repair. Furthermore, who goes on vacation with clean clothes in a filthy luggage?!? When I expressed this feeling to her, she responded that I could come back to discuss with the person that was present when I dropped it off. My issue is that if I didn't take a picture of it, how can the other person agree/confirm that it was not at all that way over a week ago, there would be even more back and forth for me trying to prove that it is not a good service their 3rd party completed. I simply never experienced or even imagined that something like this could happen... I think most ppl are focused on making sure the repair is done right, not looking to be prepared for more/other damages. They had to rip the material lining the interior in order to get to the wheel and then used an excessive amount of glue that leaked further than where the wheel is and it also leaked onto the other side of the luggage that had no repairs done. They also left the broken wheel inside the luggage... I guess as a souvenir for me. I don't think it is possible to repair the actual broken wheel, just like a car certain tires have to be completely replaced, so I felt it was pointless to leave that extra dirt inside. I'll be traveling soon and have already prepared to place my childs clothes in a big enough garbage bag before placing them in that luggage. Perhaps they expected me to buy a new one from them? No woman or mother would agree that the interior adequate. Deeply disappointed because Samsonite brand has excellent reputation for quality and endurance hence why I've taken care of this expensive but reliable purchase for years. The fact that there are shops out there repairing these speaks volume about certain luggages who boasts to guarantee many years of warranty. This is my first review like this and it is because even over a week later I am still extremely disappointed by this experience. I've also decided that going forward I will try to repair myself since Amazon selling these wheels for a fraction of repair price and seen couple YouTube vids that it is not hard to fix yourself.

My father had brought me to this store because he wanted to gift me a side bag, he has a few leather hand bags himself from here. The lady Maria was very nice and knew a lot about bags. She asked all the right questions and helped me with my decision making.
Ok..... I'm going to start by saying "I'm sooo happy I found this place!!!!." There really isn't any place that repairs luggage. I'm not one to travel a lot by an means, so my luggage itself is in great condition. However, my wheels were rusted. I'm going away and there was noooo way I was buying new luggage. I honestly thought my luggage was not salvageable. Elegant bag saved my life!!! and the service was beyond excellent. My repair was complete is less than a week, and it feels brand new. I highly recommend them for your luggage repair/purchasing needs.
The store was showing open on maps, and when I arrived, it was closed. I called the store and a person started arguing that they are closed rather than accepting that they didn’t change the status on ‘Google maps’. Travelled 12 kms and got stuck in an argument. Also the store address is ‘104-A’, and they’ve mentioned ‘103-A’ on google maps.
