Great experience working with Ronald. I was in a time crunch, he had the exact suit I was looking for and knew my size just by looking at me. Very friendly and professional. They even tailored the pants while Ronald rang me up! Will be back for more!
My father recently purchased a blazer and pants from this location( Scarborough town Centre). He tried on the pants in-store and left his measurements for alterations. Since it was a last-minute purchase, he trusted the items would be ready to wear. When he picked up the suit, the pants were significantly shorter than expected, and the alterations were poorly done. Because he needed to wear the suit the same day, we had no choice but to alter it ourselves. To make matters worse, the blazer’s dye transferred onto his white shirt, leaving it completely stained and unwearable. When my father returned to the store seeking a store credit or exchange for the defective items, he was met with unprofessional and disrespectful treatment by Ron Nurse (the manager). In front of other customers, he accused my father of being someone who wears items and then returns them for a refund. This was extremely insulting, inappropriate, and humiliating. As someone who works in retail myself, I understand that mistakes with alterations can happen. However, the lack of accountability for a defective product and the disrespectful way my father was treated are unacceptable. This experience showed not only poor customer service but also a complete lack of professionalism. As a manager, it is your responsibility to remain calm and respectful to customers in any situation. If you are unable to do so, you should not be in this position. I strongly suggest that head office provide proper training to their managers on how to handle customers professionally. It is not always about making the sale it’s about ensuring customers feel valued and respected. We will be escalating this matter further, as no customer should have to go through such treatment after spending a significant amount of money at your store.
I went in in the morning asking for a simple black suit, which is a very common item and should have lots, the "sales" person a Indian, was on his phone and just handing me any cheap suit , terrible place, go to Moores.
Great service from Don today while shopping for a new suit, including great suggestions for complementary shirt and tie. Suit fits great, prices are good.

Star was my favorite store I was buying my suits since 1996 Now everything was expensive Very expensive place for normal products. A men Tie costed me $70.00 I won't go there anymore
