Mucho Burrito usually has good food and quick service, but during one visit I noticed something that concerned me. On a very hot day, I saw warm ingredients being brought into the restaurant without any visible cooling or refrigeration. It made me question how the food was being handled and stored in that kind of heat. I hope management reviews their food safety practices, because I’ve enjoyed eating here in the past and would like to feel confident about the freshness and handling of the ingredients.
worst burrito in a long time. ordered a beef burrito. Imagine eating an hot dog and not tasting any hot dog until you reach the very last bite, then you get a small sliver of beef. Teach your staff how to pack a proper burrito. Very disappointed since I had guest from out of country visited. Never am I going here again
I’ve been going to this location for many years, so disappointed! The salsa, and sour cream portions used to be so much better! It wasent enough back than but it was manageable. Now they give you these mini sized containers that don’t even have enough sauce for a few chips. Greedy business work here.
Great experience. Excellent service by Guneet. I have come here a few times, I asked for recommendation on the sauces, she was very helpful and suggested great combination that changed the game for my burrito
Usually love this place and actually come regularly. Always great, fast service and good portion sizes. Was disappointed on my most recent visit though. All new staff working and it's clear they need more training. They ran out of literally everything - veggies, chicken, cheese, chips. When they put more on, only made enough for two burritos (and both were very understuffed compared to my usual expectations from Mucho) and had to stop to make more again. Took so long to make the last burrito that the first two went cold. Staff also forgot the burrito and drink special despite me reminding them several times and were going to overcharge by about $7. Was able to resolve that one though. Hoping this was a one off and with more experience and training they will go back to how it was and what I expect from them. Other customers were upset too and walked out. Food is always good though and we have microwaves at home for a reason!
ordered kids meal for my kids and they give us like 5 chips in the box only and two pieces chicken in the food - update 2025 april - still the same situation order kids peals and got 3 pieces of chicken in a quesadilla not even a full scoop they shake it so the scoops are less full - less food the employees would have to cook
