I got my first car from here a month ago and it was a good experience. George was the salesman I talked with and he was very understanding and helpful through the whole process.
Victor was very kind and walked me through everything I needed to know buying a vehicle because I was buying from out of province. Very thorough and kind and even helped me fax papers I needed to be able to drive my vehicle back home. George was exceptional as well with telling me the mechanical details about the vehicle along with the service history with the most recent work done to it. They rectified anything wrong with the vehicle within the next day and I was very confident in buying it. Had a great experience buying from best buy auto and I even waited a few weeks to give the review after incase I bought a lemon but so far so good. I would highly recommend them and they were very honest transparent and kind. Thank you for making my experience alot better best buy auto!
Best Buy Auto Sales & Service was amazing to deal with, they had great attention of detail and care when preparing my Cadillac Escalade, they were honest, and straight forward to deal with. They care about their clients and product they put out. It is a shame to see all of these clearly fake fraudulent reviews, when I checked their rating a few days ago, it was in the 4s, a few days later, its 3.8, these are clearly fake, ratings do not change that quickly. I would gladly buy a car from this business again.

Unethical Behavior and Rude Customer Service. Thank God I didn't go through with the sale. It was a nightmare to deal with them. Fake photos and Vehicle History. Would not recommend.
I called the dealership shortly after they opened and booked an appointment to see a specific vehicle. I was provided a Carfax report prior to my arrival, which was nice. Drove 2 hours to the dealership. When I arrived, despite telling them I was coming to see this specific vehicle, I was not able to test drive the vehicle as it had not been brought outside and the battery was dead. I checked the oil filler cap to find what appeared to be coolant mixed with engine oil (photo attached). The option that the leak would be troubleshot and fixed for the asking price was not presented to me. I also would not buy a car that is mixing oil and coolant based on the promise it would be fixed correctly after the sale. This also presents an issue where customers take time out of their day to drive to this dealership, go through the process of purchasing a vehicle from them, costing more valuable time, and not even being able to test drive the vehicle. Car people beware!
