The service is so terrible. When I said “hello" and waited for several minutes, the waiter just totally ignored me and looked at the computer. I don't know why. I didn’t order anything, because “nobody” was there.
So I came here to have a mango and salted caramel latte, but to my surprise I got a mango puree with milk and ice and caramel around a cup filled with milk and ice
I like those fluffy pancakes. They are delicious, although not filling enough for the price. This little café being at a mall in an open space isn’t the most ideal to enjoy this delicious treat.
Em and MJ provided excellent service during our visit to Fuwa Fuwa Dessert Cafe at the Scarborough Town Centre location, where we enjoyed some of my favorite soufflé pancakes. I tried the Matcha White Chocolate pancake, which was perfectly fluffy and not too sweet. My daughter loved the ‘Build Your Own Pancake’ option with triple pancakes, tiramisu cream, raspberry topping, mango sauce, and toppings like rainbow sprinkles, biscoff crumbs, and matcha powder. It’s great how customizable the options are! For drinks, I had the Mango Latte, which was fruity and heavenly, while my daughter enjoyed the Strawberry Lavender iced tea. Highly recommend this spot for a delightful dessert experience!
Tried this simce were in the Mall. The staff was friendly and sweet.. but the food wasnt that great. The Croffle was loaded with butter.. so left a slightly bitter taste. Though everything was fresh.. it took a little effort for us to finish all of it. The Oolong tea.. which was hot water on leaves.. took 40 minutes.. that really tested my patience.
It was worth the wait. Ube pancake tasted amazing-so fluffy and not too sweet the way I like it. The drinks were phenomenal especially the strawberry creamy frappe. The only downside which I don't mind was seats were limited.
Delightful! Light and fluffy. Melts in your mouth. It was our first time trying Fuwa Fuwa and the owner was kind enough to describe some of the types of options to us. We went with the original (something simple, because we wanted to share with our toddler). We asked for it to-go (boxed for us to assemble on our own), and the owner suggested that he decorate one so my little guy could be wowed. And we all were. Decorated with giant blueberries (his fave), strawberries and banana. We quickly brought it outside to enjoy (We didn't plan to stay in the mall and eat it...COVID TIMES). It's best enjoyed freshly made. It does take about 15-20 mins because they are each hand crafted to order. Well worth the wait. Very yummy.
