Beware of this place! DO NOT USE CREDIT CARDS to pay. I went to get my passport photos done here and paid using my MC. My card got compromised from this place. Got fraudulent charge on my credit card on the same day.

THE LADY PHOTOGRAPHER IS RUDE AND EVEN WORSE WHEN YOU TELL THEM YOUR REQUIRMENT SHE BEHAVES LIKE SHE KNOW EVERTHING AND STARTS TEACHING YOU AND OVERPRICED ..........NOT RECOMMENDED.........
I had a very disappointing experience here. The photographer was unprofessional and rude. Even worse, the photos they provided were not accepted by the passport office. I would not recommend this place for passport photos.
Passport Canada rejected photos taken at this location twice for an infant. I will say they were nice enough to re-do photos that were rejected the first time, but I can’t be driving back and forth until they get it right
Such a terrible service. I told her and show her the format that I need stamp on the back of one picture but she stamped both the pictures by saying that she knows how it works and she has been taking pictures for long time. she stamp on both pictures which were taken for Canadian passport and the pictures were not accepted for the application. Also i specifically told her that I need 1 picture and on the back she can write the date address and store Information without putting stamp because ( The stamp also had auto wrote the line which supposed to be written by the guarantor not by the photographer)which is ( I certify to be a true likeliness of Appl name) . my guarantor supposed to write this on the back of my picture and sign this for me but this line was also stamped by her. I explained her but she doesn't understand any thing at all and she end up stamping both the pictures. Just a waste of money going to this store. I showed her the IRCC requirement that she only needs to stamp one photo and the other has to be stamp by the passport office. she didn't return my money back. Please never go there as she is going to waste your time and you have to end up taking new photos plus you have to go to the passport office back and fourth because of her.
I would rate zero if there is one to do... worst customer service the photo shop guy is too harsh and very un-polite. Photo was taken wrong. When we asked to take another photo the Chinese guy asked us to pay again? Worst and poor customer service with a very non professional attitude. Please find another place for your hard earned money and time. Reply to the owner: there were no threat at all Lol. Only i said was i will be putting up a review on your business Which is my right as a customer Look at your worst reply and behaviour speaks itself. Lol again for telling me that i am not welcome on any of your location Try reading again my first review. I would never go to your any location at all period and suggest all the people out there please do NOT go to these people. What they only do is worst customer service and a very non professional and rude behavior with no knowledge of work at all. Seriously? I never asked for a free service what a Lier are you All I asked is to get me another photo because you ruined first photo and asked me pay again for another pair without even showing me first click properly. What a shameless behavior and rude customer services ever...
