When in twice, dealt with two clerks who were definitely too young, too immature, and inexperienced to get the job done. Don't bother coming here & throwing away your money. The civic center that has the service Canada as well will have the proper knowledge, will do the job professionally and with integrity.
I recently visited this location for a passport photo, and it was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The person at the front desk was incredibly unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy when interacting with customers. He didn’t seem to know how to communicate effectively, making the entire process more frustrating than it needed to be. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a smooth and pleasant experience.
Horrible experience, takes photos that gets rejected. I took a passport photo and a study permit picture, my passport photo got rejected and I had to retake the photo, wasted so much of my time. When I went back to the studio and asked them for a refund the guy was really rude and misbehaved with me. Do not recommend, stay away. Quality of picture is really bad and horrible customer service. He asked me to come back when my study permit application gets rejected and will not accept that something was wrong with the photo. This is unacceptable.
Worst ever experience. -10 professionally. Save yourself if you want passport photos or anything from this shop we needed photos urgently for our appointment and the guy just said no because he was not in a mood to find my pictures.
Got passport photos for two individuals, within 10 minutes for $27. This is inside the Gateway store. They also cut keys among selling cold drinks and cigarettes etc
Worst customer service. Guy over there didn't responded And refused to take photos . I went there around 5pm and store is open for 10am to 6pm still he refused just because he dont wanted to do it.
This is a Gateway store that has a drop down screen in the middle of the store and a cashier will take your picture and print it. Calling it "Pro Passport Photo" is deceptive. It's just a Gateway that happens to take passport photos. On their website, they say that they do Permanent Resident photos, I went there for Permanent Resident photos, I was very specific with what I needed and even handed in the specification sheet to the woman that took my photos. My photos were rejected by the CIC, I didn't get my PR Card, I have to submit again and I had to cancel my trip home to see my family. I had to cancel the plane tickets, the hotel and the car rental. It's probably fine for passport photos, but do not trust them with your PR Card photos. The biggest problem with this place is that they make it seem like all they do is Passport Photos and PR Photos but they don't, they just sell snacks and magazines and take a photo every once in a while. I had my reservations upon finding out it was a convenience store only AFTER I got there but, I had already used my subway fare and it was too late to go anywhere else so I just got it done and hoped for the best. I got the worst case scenario.
