Really awesome shopping experience. Great selection of audio equipment at reasonable prices. The best part though is the expert help from the wonderful staff!
the guy buying digital cameras (ginger dude), has horrible customer service skills. maybe because i am a woman, but he was trying to give me $40 cash for a new digital camera, that i just sold at a different pawn shop for $150. not to mention an attitude problem as well. his tone was generally condescending, and looking through the reviews i can tell a lot of other women who come to this specific swap shop location have similar experiences. do better.
I've only been to this location a handful of times, but every time I go, I receive great service and the folks at this location are very helpful. I've purchased a few items and the team is happy to test it prior to purchase prior to taking payment. Their selection is far better than expected and their prices are very reasonable in most cases! I dealt with the rep named "T", and he was very accommodating. I was so impressed, I called to speak with the store manager to share my experience and feedback. Really impressed with this location - great selection, great service, and great value! You should go and check it out........
Great experience with the Swap Shop. Friendly, excellent communication, and very helpful. Easily ordered my item from British Columbia. It arrived securely packed, essential for moving vintage audio gear long distances. Could not be happier! 10/10
This store has a huge variety of items like video games, consoles, collectible figures, musical instruments, tools and jewellery. The staff is wonderful!!
Purchased a bass from them earlier this week. The care they took to ensure to protect it during shipping was beyond expectations. Would have no issues in dealing with them again.
Purchased a game system off a Kijiji listing from them, the add was completely incorrect and stated the system worked and functioned in great condition, a nasty surprise and I used the system and the optical disc drive is completely dead and won’t read any discs, they false advertised like it works flawlessly, I’m incredibly disappointed do not buy electronics from them ever, it’s a scam and no where in the listing did they clarify this issue, these are fundamental quality assurance practices that any shop should know
