I had a great experience during my physiotherapy visit. The Paul, receptionist was welcoming, organized, and made check-in quick and easy. The massage therapy session was excellent — the Yachana & Akansha massage therapists listened to my concerns, focused on the right areas, and helped reduce a lot of my discomfort. Overall, a very professional and caring team.
Very disappointed with my experience.The sessions with PT Prachi felt rushed, and no clear treatment plan was provided. My pain actually got worse, and communication was poor. I would not recommend this clinic.
My experience with this physiotherapist Prachi was not good. She did not provide proper treatment and the assessments felt incomplete. I did not feel my issues were properly addressed, and I cannot recommend her services.
It looks like owner is changed. It seems South East Asians running it. Now when you walk in there you can feel the vibe is so different than before. Even therapist was not like professionals. I can't say all the therapist are the same. I am commenting on the one I had. I went for shock wave therapy and payed for it. The end of the therapy she told me that she can't do the the shock Wave. I had to insist on doing it, then she did it for the sake of doing it. It wasn't like the one I had when the owner was there
I was trying to manage the pain for more than 2 weeks before my wife insisted me to go see a physiotherapist. I went to go see Clarissa of Pro Active Scarborough (based on high marks from google reviews). Clarissa obliged walking me through the therapy process, explaining all the bits. The pain went from 9/10 to 4/10 only after 1 session. I was honestly surprised and in awe! Will be coming back to complete my therapy, and post! Well done Pro Active.
I was experiencing intense pain on my left leg above and under the knee area every morning and right after my first session with Proactive, I was totally relieved of my pain. Thank you fellow Letranite Clarissa….
