Walked inside there today looking to purchase a pair of jeans there were about 4 heavy set women assemble by the cash register yapping not one person came to assist or ask if i needed help aassuming these were all staff i just left will order in fashion nova!!!!!!
Let me just start by saying this Torrid store is the best I've been to! The staff are all so friendly but Nakita always seems to be there when I go shopping. She always greets me by name with a big smile on her face. She's very helpful when you are trying to find a certain size even taking the clothing off the mannequin for me to try on! She's honest if something doesn't look the best on you and always has suggestions. Nakita, thank you for ALWAYS making my shopping experience a good one!
Christine was super helpful in finding me a bra that fits and offering her support in measurements. She went the extra mile, including as I also shopped for swimwear. She checked up on me and explained the Torrid app to me as I signed up. She provided stellar customer service and made my shopping trip so much easier. Will definitely be coming back.
This place is very nice for plus size individuals. The staff is friendly and helpful. My girl had an amazing experience her last visit and struggles with her self confidence but the staff made her feel great about herself and provided wonderful customer service!
Love this place, went there with my friend to buy clothes for our vacation, they had a buy one get two free sale on clearance. Got some great deals, and the girls who work there are literally the sweetest and most helpful ever. I have never been to any store and felt so happy after i left. Wish they had more jewellery selection but hopefully one day they will.
Went in there and walked around for more then 10 minutes before I had to go and find someone to help me - then they took me to a change room and when I came out she was helping someone else - I needed another size and was trying to be patient but she flat out ignored me and only focused on the other customer. I left upset and empty handed
Torrid was having a sale and let’s just say it was not a sale at all. I bought a blouse and t-shirt that was suppose to be free with the blouse purchase (wasn’t free I was charged and the receipt says free) and bangles that where way over priced for $19.90. Total bill $71.06 for three items is a rip off. Torrid needs to exit Canada ASAP. EXPENSIVE FOR NO REASON. forever 21, old Navy and Pennington’s is not even like this. Even Torrid online shopping is nuts with $30 to ship to Canada. Stop trying to rip off large woman. Our size equals more money which isn’t fair at all. Stop letting Torrid take advantage of our weight which is what they are doing.
