New management. I’m Indian myself but seriously? Even the people that played games catered to them don’t want to be here and play. These players have been playing for 5+ years. Honestly they switched to cheap and employees and won’t do right by VIP name
they made compulsory gratuity, even if it is 2-3 ppl. when asked, got told because some people don't tip, we add gratuity of 13% by default. and I felt I got overcharged.
Poor customer services No flavour in the food (wings) Wings were raw We had to pay before we eat our food and They seem too aggressive and the experience was very disappointing!!!!
Had a great time here! The atmosphere was perfect-relaxed, clean, and just the right amount of lively without being overwhelming. Tables were in good condition, and it’s clear they care about maintaining the quality of their equipment. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you! And they even have pyramid tables, oh yesss
V.I.P. is an extremely fun place to play billiards and ping pong! You can definitely have a great time here with friends and family. There is also a place to order drinks and food while you play!
Visited this place with my friends couple of times. Nice ambience and enough tables available for 15 groups. Personal classes available too. Got free parking. About 10-15 cars can be parked at the same time.
It's a good place to hang out with friends/family as it has a good ambiance. Also, it's a big place containing more than 10 pool tables and around 3-4 tables for table tennis. Would recommend visiting once.
