I have done two projects with Angelo very disappointed with after care services. I paid for a galvanized product but the paint has come off and rusted. Despite multiple calls and him promising to come next week he has not made repairs. These are the steps into my home and seeing them first thing I get home and when I leave home is very disappointing. Update, Angelo calls me at 21.33 pm within 24 hours of me leaving my review and says he is not coming until I remove the review, now he resorting to blackmail.
One of the worst experiences we've had with any contractor. We hired Omega to update our staircase by replacing the iron rods with a modern glass railing system. Angelo, the owner/tradesman, came to take initial measurements and collected a $15,000 deposit — then essentially vanished. Despite repeated follow-ups, Angelo kept pushing the timeline, saying he would come "next week" every time we called. It's now been over two years, and the project is still not completed. No accountability, no clear communication, and no real progress. We trusted this company with a major part of our home renovation, and it turned out to be a massive mistake. Strongly advise others to stay away from Omega if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

My company had a very bad experience with iron metal. I don't recommend this company to anyone. There are many other companies with which you can cooperate.
There are only a few outfits around that do this work. Many are too busy for smaller jobs. George and Angelo at Omega did an excellent job on the fabrication and installation of the railing for my brick bungalow. It was completed ahead of schedule and their prices are reasonable. Me and my wife are pleased with the quality and design.
Omega Iron Works are a very talented team who come up with gorgeous designs and produce good quality work. They recently completed an installation at my home and I was beyond impressed. Both Angelo & Dennis are great to work with and helped me choose the best railings to suit my needs. I would use them again if I ever needed them and would definitely recommend this company.
