I dont know what is up with their staff and the owners capabilities to hire people who dont hate their life, but clearly based off these reviews there needs to be change! had a very VERY rude encounter with a male worker wearing a grey long sleeve, and the interaction seemed borderline racist. did not help to check for what i was looking for & said michael jackson, a black man, wasnt black lol. fix up!
Absolutely horrendous customer service from the staff that works here now. Asking them a question is like asking for a beating, god forbid any staff members leave the counter of doom they work behind to actually go on the floor and HELP a customer :o :o.
Everytime I go into this location most of the staff is cold and rude. Only 1 person ever says hello. Today and last week I went in and the same girl just sits on her phone and I feel like I'm interrupting her leisure time as she gets paid. I work in customer service and I would get fired for this. Plus your prices are absolutely through the roof!!!
Rudest staff I have ever met. I was browsing around the store today for records and walked past 2 employees at the cashier. The white lady behind cash rudely said to me “Can you pick up your feet?” with the rudest tone and look. I was in shock and I asked her to repeat herself and she said the same thing again. Her coworker was right beside her and didn’t speak up. I wasn’t even walking that loud and it’s winter time too so most people in the mall have boots on and are walking louder than normal with them. I’ve never felt so disrespected by staff in my life. So unprofessional and uncalled for. Never shopping here again.
Yes I still buy music CD up to this day! But the white lady here with hair color is so rude!!! Zero customer service at all! Needs more training and I just saw all the reviews here so it's not just me? Lots of us!!! the owner needs to do something here before you gets less customers
The most rude and unprofessional staff here. I asked a question and the staff member looked at me shook her head and went back to what she was doing. Didn’t say one word, let alone ask if I needed help finding anything in the store. There was literally no other customers in the store, does it really take that much effort to provide any sort of customer service here?
AMAZING selection of EVERYTHING. Staff is super friendly. Thank goodness this store is still around for awesome people like me to keep buying DVD's, CD's and Merch. Always liked Sunrise more than HMV cause Sunrise's prices don't gouge you.
