I went to Shine Auto Services for a car safety inspection and I already had new tires but they told me the tires are not good and I must buy new ones to pass the safety even though there is a tire shop right in front of them and they kept saying to buy tires from there and then they will pass the safety so I went to another mechanic and they said wow these tires are new and passed the safety without any problem my tires were clearly in good condition but they did not pass it for their own reason then I only asked for a motor oil change and after that when I started my car it began shaking before that my car was completely normal they said they checked and boosted my battery even though my battery was changed only two months ago then they connected a computer removed error codes and told me maybe the oil filter is blocked and they can change it for 500 dollars which did not make sense to me this was a very bad experience my friend recommended this place but now none of us will go there again because it feels like they are just trying to take money from people
Amazing service provided for oil change for Toyota Corolla. Took only 45 min. to get everything done. Owner (Sam) even took the liberty to take a look at another issue in car at no extra charge. Highly recommended this location for fast and efficient oil change service, also if anyone is looking for car inspection for Uber, they are very good and cheaper as compared to other stores.
You shouldn't come to this car repair shop for an UBER SAFETY CERTIFICATE. At first, you might think it's cheap. But you have to wait 3-4 hours for uber safety paper. I came here and waited 4 hours for uber safety paper. End of the day , they told me your car can not pass the test because of crack tires. If you come here for 20$ save for UBER SAFETY CERTIFICATE, you will lose 4 hours and total ( 4x 25$ = 100$ - if you work this time on uber). After the guy wanted sell a tire for me. then I went to other repair shop and I passed on safety test. Especially if you are not coming from owner's community, you will be last in line for repairs. pay more 20$ for uber safety paper and find reliable mechanic shop then get your paper in 1hour. don`t waste your time.
★☆☆☆☆ Poor Experience – Not Worth the Hype Posting this on behalf of someone close to me who had a really disappointing experience here. They were referred to this place by a friend who spoke highly of the mechanic. But what actually happened was shocking. The car was kept for over three hours without any update. When they politely asked how much more time it would take, one of the workers reacted rudely and aggressively—as if asking a basic question was some kind of offense. What’s worse is that the owner, who seems soft-spoken, did absolutely nothing when the issue was brought to his attention. He didn’t correct or even speak to the rude worker, which shows how little customer respect matters here. Lack of parking, unprofessional staff, and zero customer service. Honestly, this place is all hype and no substance. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—save your time and go somewhere that treats people with basic respect.
Bought a high kilometer 2011 Infiniti G37 xs coupe from them without any hesitation. They made sure to take their time with the vehicle to get it ready. Both Haseeb and Sam did preventative maintenance on the vehicle (for ex. They changed the gasket which is a $700 job that they didn’t need to do just to pass safety but they did it so that I can drive and be satisfied). Literally the best place to go and get a car since they definitely got your back and the warranty is at a good price too. As a bonus as well they threw me a fresh set of summer tires for a very good price. 100% recommend, please go check them out and I promise you, you wouldn’t regret it.
