Fantastic customer service! I'm a first time customer and there was an issue with my delivery (through no fault of their own, as I could see the item was packed securely). The customer service at this store is amazing! I ordered a lamp stand online and when I called to inquire about a missing part, everyone I spoke to was professional, friendly, and helpful! Turns out, the item I ordered did not actually come with one of the parts shown in the online photo, but the manger was amazing, sent me the item anyway, and said they would look into the advertising issue with the supplier. I called in a panic when the thermostat controlling heating for a RHP in my large python enclosure failed. I regret that I didn't get the name of the young man I spoke to, because his concern, understanding and patience were second to none. He prioritized my order of a VE -200 (made late Friday afternoon), it arrived Monday and is holding temperatures exactly where I need them. I would definitely recommend this store and wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.
It's the only place I go to get anything I need for my crested and giant day gecko. I got repashy gecko food and the leaf litter for both my terrarium. They look so much better now
