I bought two metal sheets. Overpaid for cutting services. Yet, they wasted my left over from the sheets from cutting job. I gave another sheet for bending service. We agreed and marked which edge and side of sheet to bend. Yet, WRONG edge was bended. Now my sheet is up-side-down. Over charge the services, wasted the left over of the sheets. With marking instruction, they still made mistake!
