Thus place has gone downhill. Its been in the mall for over 10 years possible 15 or more. This is the 1st time I've ordered an assorted sub and wasn't asked what kind of bread I wanted. He went straight to to stale loaf of brown bread and proceeded to soak the bread with sub sauce. Again. The first time I've seen anyone at Mr Sub slather sub sauce on the bread rather than the items on your sandwich. Whoever has taken over this location should close the doors and quit. They are ruining an icon. On top of all of this i feel ashamed I stood there and waited for him to unpack cheese slices and it was 5 mins later before he procee to make my sandwich. This was a bad experience and I will frequent this location again due to the poor slow service and the unpleasant sandwich.
Friendly service. Pretty fast although it was not during the lunch or dinner hours when I visited. Food was tasty, fresh and made to my specification. No trouble that I seen or experienced.
The employee looks like she hates herself for making you a sandwich and even looks like she would punch you in the face for making her work... Get better employees Mr. Sub!
