I do not recommend this sewing machine service. In the course of 3 months I had my very reliable Singer machine get a maintenance service. Bobbin was looping and had that taken care of. After 6 weeks I used the machine again and the bobbin was still looping. I brought it back and in no time it got looked at. Went home to use the machine 2x in 5 weeks. This time the machine didn't sew any stitches at all! I did all I could to see if it was something I could do to trouble shoot. No success! The lady who took my machine said the repair guy also thought "it was worth fixing the bobbin and it is in great shape otherwise". Meanwhile I have a machine that doesn't work and am out $120.! Needless to say I'm not going back there again! Do not trust this place!!!
Amazing experience from start to finish!!! I took my sewing machine in for check up. The team took care of me with professionalism and courteous manner. No whishy washy excuses, no gimmicks. 20 minutes was all it took by knowledgeable service man with reasonable price to get my machine in tip top condition. Thank you Connie and the team.
Brought my mothers Singer serger in for service, they repaired it within 10 minutes. Excellent service! The lady on the front desk was extremely nice and friendly. I highly recommend Johnny Sewing Machine for all sewing machine repairs or service. We will be back!
This is the place for sewing machine parts and related repairs. I know this company for many years. Very experienced people and good service. Even they can file your scissors for a resealable price.
Very bad service, they are really lying. I bought a sewing machine to repair my board. First they said 70 dollars, after an hour of waiting in vain, they said 300 dollars for no reason. They are really deceitful and lie to customers. They have unfair prices
Terrible place and theft too. Took my electrical wire sheath I brought in with my 1960 Singer and he said $20 and he would fix it. He did nothing and claimed I didn't need the part and both my $20 and part were gone. So had to go buy a new one from Ebay which was $30. So I lost $50 in total going this con artist. Never even touched my machine ~ didn't open it up near the electrical part as I left it a specific way. Terrible, awful place. Do not go to this place.
I have a single needle, serger and coverstitch from Johnny that all work like a dream. Anytime I have needed them serviced or if I need parts he responds very quickly.
