I went there in the rain few days ago needed assistance in finding a job and also to get my resume done and the fellow black woman there Monday morning she was more interested in the conversation she was having with her coworker she sent me to jvs instead not even allowed me to use their computer to do my resume.. but it is what it is God will help me because I always help people wherever I go so that blessing will fall back on me
I went into this location to get help on renewing my PR card and then the center advised me to do my citizenship Deborah sent me the links to the online classes that helped out alot. Very grateful I had a place like this center to turn to for help. I urge anyone new or old in the country that is looking for help with their PR or citizenship to reach out to the new comers service. Thank you to the Malvern location for the help.
Horrible service! I called to schedule an appointment to fill out an application, and they told me I could walk in without an appointment. I went there, they gave me a stack of in-house forms to fill out, and when I finished they asks me to discard them and printed out the forms of the actual application I wanted. They gave me the blank forms and sent me home and asked me to fill them out and return them. I needed help with completing the forms, NOT WITH PRINTING THEM OUT. I travelled more than 50km to be treated this way. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
