She did my eyebrows but ended up taking a chunk from the corner, I asked her to fix it but she said no if I do that I would need to take some off from the other side and it would look weird. And she missed a little bit from the bottom as well. I think she said that to make it less work for her which I think is unfair since we are paying for the service. This was my first time too. I wouldn’t recommend them if you have events to go to.
All the time I visit this place the same girl make good eyebrows and was good experience but when u went today the lady who was doing my eyebrows was soo unprofessional she don’t know how to do the eyebrows at all. She was soo harsh while doing the eyebrows. She don’t even know how to handle the thread . This time the experience was so bad . They don’t even know how to treat the customers. Never gonna come back to this place .
Good place for body waxing. Beena was very good at that. Calm and gentle. Need to come for eyebrows soon!! The above was a review i left a few months (oct 2024) ago which was good. However today (jan 2025) when i went i left extremely disappointed. The girl who did my waxing was not a professional and now i have rashes on my bikini line and area!! It’s extremely painful and red. Never going here again!! Lets hope it doesn’t get worse or ill have to take action
I am pretty much regular to preeti's SPA, usually coming on weekends for regular grooming services. All the girls are good, polite and respecting clients demand but Jhanvi showed arrogance, unprofessional attitude towards me. It happend two to three times before. She often gives comment on client's medical condition like(hirutism,varicose veins). I am writing review so that owner/manager should know whats going on her back. I hope she will understand the sensitivity of issue.
I have been going to preetis spa for over a year now and this is the first time they had burnt my skin. I went back the day after to speak to the manager directly because she was there when I got my face waxed. The first thing the manger said to me was try Polysporin… there was no apology and she didn’t offer any compensation. When I got upset she tried to blame my acne prone skin. I wasn’t upset when I walked into the store because I knew they didn’t attend to ruin my skin but the way the MANGER responded was completely unprofessional. I just cannot fathom how she’s a manger of this business and tried to blame my skin type for the damage her employees caused. The manger did not offer to give my money back nor did she apologize until I asked. Anyways I just thought it was important to share my experience, and the behaviour of the manager working here.
I went 1st time for my eyebrows they send i think new girl to do my eyebrows but she couldn’t do it and she ruined my eyebrows. I really had bad experience when I asked her she was making excuses and saying no it was like that and all
Worst place ever! I went here to get my eyebrows done and they looked hideous one is higher the other is lower and the other is longer and the other is shorter. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!
