Supra was amazing, needed a sweater for a VIP client who was flying out for the holidays. My suppliers were all sold out, saw online that svp had it in stock. Went to the store, couldn’t find it, Supra saw I needed help and immediately pulled it from the back. I was able to fulfil my clients order! She saved my life today! Front cashier was awesome too! This is service at its finest!!
Came in looking for a tote bag I saw on line, but it was there so I saw it at another store, so hoping it gets to your store soon for pick up. Got a slipper though for simmer, cashier lines were long, as some went on break
Surprisingly inexpensive for name brand athletic gear. If larger sizes is what you’re coming for, they have limited stock. Even size 15+ shoes is also limited. Still think it’s worth the trip for sport accessories.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience I visited the Scarborough SVP Sports branch today and had a really unpleasant experience. I had to return an item and ended up waiting about 30 minutes for the return process. While waiting, I urgently needed to use the washroom, but the staff refused to let me even though I was a paying customer. This felt very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I expected basic customer service and courtesy, but unfortunately this visit left a bad impression
Great deals on the products purchased, and I would recommend making purchases online to have them delivered. The in-store experience is fine but not the most efficient. Couldn't find a designated place to pick up my online order. For something that cost less than $5, I don't think it's necessary to waste so many staples wrapping it up in a bag. For loss prevention, I was told to keep this already-sealed bag at the front with a tag if I were to shop inside the store. My recommendation is to discreetly add more CCTV surveillance cameras and create a more welcoming atmosphere for customers who potentially want to buy more instead of over-policing a bag policy.
SVP Sports sells Nike and Adidas but it feels like you’re getting the Dollarama version: cheaper, crappier, and sketchy quality. Customer service is the cherry on top: rude, dismissive, and treating everyone like they’re beneath them just for shopping here. This chain is all hassle, no value, and absolutely not worth it.
