This is truly the best place to get pierced and I’ve been to over 5 different shops over the years. Jamie is so sweet and gentle, when she pierces or changes jewelry I barely feel a thing. The shop is incredibly clean, you get pierced privately and comfortably with a reclinable chair. They also never try to force buying extra products, if anything they always let me know what deals they have coming up on things I want so I can get them at a better price. My only comment is that they are expensive, you’re looking to spend at least $100/piercing. But with the service and quality of jewelry I would still recommend.
I have visited this store a couple of times, mainly to have my jewelry changed for my nostril piercing. Each time the process was made easy, painless and comfortable. The last time I had Jamie provide the service and she was very kind and sweet. *Edit Added: Paid another visit to the store for a jewelry change recently, which was done by Maggie. She was very accommodating, ensured pain minimization and was very gentle and kind. Thank you for your great service, guys. <3
Niko is a complete rip off artist. I went in for a small touch up literally 3-4 fine lines on my hand. Very terrible job and he charged me 200+ for this. I have to say this is definitely the worst tattoo experience I've had.
Worst tattoo shop in the GTA all the staff here are rude appointments are always late and the artist are not patient abd professional tattoo artist. Sloppy work!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!
Have 13 piercings so I have a lot of experience getting piercings and honestly to this day I’m still so disappointed at this place. Charging 180 for two lobe piercings is insane. Especially since mid piercing the needle got stuck twice, the piercer was so sweet but seemed to lack experience. I’ve paid full price for a lot of piercings but this one was the craziest cuz they wouldn’t properly tell u the price upfront and weren’t that friendly when I asked questions. It’s been months and I still find it insane
Had an issue from another shop so I stopped by to get a second opinion and the team was attentive and was able to help me with next steps for my piercing
Very rude customer service. The girl sitting at the front was terrible and got so much attitude for no reason. She left me on side and started helping others customers because she couldn’t help me filling out the form when I asked her to guide.
