I've ordered Hojicha and Lemongrass Chamomile from Genuine Tea. They tasted great and are awesome products. Shout out to Shara, the office and account manager for providing excellent customer experience when I needed it.
I recently discovered this tea company, and absolutely love their products and service. The tea is not only delicious, but comes in such lovely branded packaging that is not only functional to keep it fresh, but also compostable at end of life! Great first experience with this company. Customer service is phenomenal and the teas are just wonderful. Got hojicha, cranberry apple and a couple of micro grounds. So good. Coming back again for sure!
The tea from Genuine tea is amazing. I buy the Assam breakfast tea regularly, but I just tried the Cream of Earl Grey and it is perfectly balanced black tea. Not too strong of a scent as some earl grey teas have. I have also tried their green teas and Moringa mint. All very good.
If you're like me and feel a bit sorry for yourself if you run out of matcha, the matcha club will be your thing. They deliver their delicious Kato matcha to your door once a month, so it's super-convenient. No shipping charges, either! I go through two a month, so I've got a double subscription. If you want that option and have any difficulty with it online, just call or email them. They're wonderfully responsive and helpful, and very speedy too. The first bag comes in an attractive metal tin and you keep it for the subsequent bags. This cuts down on waste, fuel, and costs, so kudos to Genuine Tea for thinking about that. TLDR? Matcha club is the best. ?
