Literally the only place in the city that could find me a part for my trencher. Also only took them a week to get the part. I will be bringing my busness back to them in the future!
My basement flooded along with one carpeted room and this was the only store with a carpet blower. It took me little longer to reach with traffic but they still helped me out even after closing the store!
I had a disappointing experience with Metro Rent All. I rented from them, and not only did they overcharge me, but the customer service was also lacking. I tried to resolve the issue, but it was not handled professionally or promptly. I would caution others to double-check pricing and consider alternative rental options before using Metro Rent All. Do not go there
I deal with this rental company on a regular basis and i can honestly say art and his team have gone beyond for me and my company, these guys have never let me down and go above and beyond to make sure that we are kept organized. you can tell that these guys take pride in customer service. Fab.....great customer service and rental fee. Needed a metal detector then ended up returning after an hour (didn't actually end up needing it). When I looked it up on the internet the detector was very highly rated and cost about 300. Instead of the day charge of 28 they lowered it to 15. Very reasonable.
