Be careful going into this toys r us.You will be watched, followed around the store, and treated like a criminal. i suggest recording your experience before entering the store. That way you have proof with how you are being treated. This has been going on for months now at this location.
I had a great experience at this Toys“R”Us. I was able to get my sister’s kids abroad the Story Dream Machine along with story cartridges, and also picked up some remotes for my sister’s daughter here. The staff were really helpful and friendly, making the shopping easy. The store itself feels very new and well-organized, which made the visit even better.

We ended up with a faulty birthday present (purchased by someone else at another location) and we brought it to The STC Toys R Us in hopes of exchanging it for a working version. The staff were super helpful. They quickly assessed what was wrong and then processed our exchange for a new one. We also stayed to do some additional birthday shopping and the staff helped navigate my kids around the store to age appropriate toys. Special shout out to Alec who was able to convince my kid to purchase safety glasses for the Nerf gun!
New Toys R' Us! It still needs a bit more books, crafts, and girls' toys, but it's looking very good. It even has a vinyl section. Liked the experience.
