Choosing a truck driving school is a big decision and I spoke to a LOT of schools across the GTA before choosing Friendly Truck Driving School. Most were rude, disorganized, or made me feel like I was just another number. Some barely even answered the phone. From the very first interaction, Friendly was different. First off, they are extremely organized and professional. They actually know the industry inside and out. Not just how to pass a test, but how to be a real driver. From the technical stuff to the practical real world side, they know their shit. The instructors Dhas, Thiva, and Aravind are honestly top tier. Friendly, patient, skilled, and they genuinely care. And I mean actually care. You never feel rushed or talked down to. They take the time to explain things properly and coach you the entire way. You get real one on one time in 90 minute blocks, and they are fully locked in with you the whole session. They use simple frameworks that help you learn fast, build confidence, and not just pass the AZ road test but become a safe and competent driver. The entire school cares. They want you to pass, but more than that, they want you to succeed long term and be safe out there. That matters. The office staff Thiru, Kalai, and Usha are amazing. Even before I enrolled, Thiru went above and beyond to help me, guide me, and answer questions honestly. That alone told me a lot. They were helpful before I was even a student, which says everything. One of the very few schools that actually answers and follows up. The environment is clean, professional, and welcoming. The classroom sessions are useful and actually connected to what you do on the road. Nothing felt like a waste of time. What really stood out to me is what happened after I passed. They were genuinely happy for me. Not fake happy. Real happy. Even after that, they helped me with job guidance, checked in on me, and made sure I was doing well. I didn’t just pass a test. I built real relationships and made friends. They are not the cheapest school, and honestly that is a good thing. You get what you pay for. If anything, I think they are underpriced for the level of care, instruction, and support they give. I don’t care where you live in the GTA. It is worth the commute. I’ve met plenty of guys who left other schools and came here for a reason. From day one to passing my test and even after, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I will absolutely come back for refreshers and I will refer anyone and everyone looking to move forward in a commercial driving career. I absolutely love these guys. Thanks again guys!
Friendly truck driving school team is very friendly and great. The instructors are patient, supportive, and explain everything clearly. I learned a lot and felt confident behind the wheel. Thanks to their training, I successfully got my AZ license. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to become a professional truck driver.

Mr. Das, Thiru, Thiva, and Aravind are known for their expertise in the field. Das Anna, in particular, excels in vehicle inspections. Remember, no matter what uniform you wear, always strive for excellence, even if it means wearing a $100 Nike hoodie. The goal is to push yourself to your limits for personal growth. I commend you for your dedication.Worth it.

I have to thank Friendly Truck Driving School for making my transition to B license smoothly. As a first time driver, all the instructors will polite and nice and took their time to go over everything and making sure you got it right. They are very friendly and nice.
