October 8th 2025, I had the chance to visit Ryan for a tire puncture issue. As always, he proved to be a man of his word and offered solid, safety-first advice recommending we replace both the tire and the tube. It was absolutely the right call. His work on my bike was quick, clean, and efficient. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does. I truly admire his professionalism and skill. Also, his new place looks fantastic!
