This is my second time returning. Very pleased with my purchase. Bought snow tires and rims. Canadian Tire quoted more than double for their in-house brand than what I paid here. Keep an open mind and give these guys a try.
In and out in about a half an hour! Such amazing staff, they made us feel so welcome and were so accommodating in the short time we were there. Highly recommend going there they’re super fast and very fairly priced!!
Customer service is zero, please teach one employee I don’t know his name that guy is didn’t smile at the customer and always looks like angry, and if we ask anything, he didn’t reply us politely.And also ask the price before the service.
The story goes like this. My wife is in TO with my daughters Waterpolo team and there is a vibration in the steering wheel. Long story short, the front tires are compromised! I call around trying to find used tires and I come across Tronno Tires. I'm from Montreal and I wish they were as well, they were so excellent in every respect. I called on the phone they were super nice and professional. Yes, We have your tire size. My wife arrived and from the moment they brought in the car it was 5 star Service. They clearly explained all that was about to happen and completely reassured her (she was stressed and nervous). Tires were selected (she had a choice) and installed with balancing in record time! They advised her a wheel alignment was necessary and referred to a nearby garage...EXCELLENT REFERRAL! Everything went perfectly...price was AMAZING!!! Wait, I need to repeat...THE PRICE WAS AMAZING! Literally words from my wife...Feels like we have a brand new car. Gentlemen! I praise and appreciate you! From my wife and I...THANK YOU!
When I went to get pre-owned tires at tronno tires behind late night pizza Lawrence and Midland. They installed two different size front tires. 23/45/18 and 235/40/18. Careless and scammers.
I called him to inquire about a particular tire, and he confirmed its availability. However, upon arriving at the shop, he neglected to display the tire I inquired about. Instead, he removed the tire from my old rim and replaced it with a used tire from his shop, which had very little tread left. They seemed inclined to discard it, but they managed to sell it to me nonetheless. Edit: Your mechanic put the tire on rim without showing me even I asked. and said it took him half an hour. Also why you are selling tires which has very little tread.
This place is definately the best spot for tires in Scarborough. The service is fast and reliable and the pricing couldnt be better. The owner really takes the time to personalize the experience and cater to your individual needs. And the quality of tire he uses in just as good if not better than the leading brand name competitors
