Hands down the BEST claw machine arcade I’ve ever been to! I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was fun, bright, and super welcoming. You can tell right away that the people who run this arcade actually care about creating a good experience for everyone — not just taking your money. The staff are unbelievably friendly and kind. They actually walk around, give you tips, and cheer you on when you’re close to winning. It’s such a positive vibe that makes the whole experience way more enjoyable. What really blew me away is that I didn’t feel scammed for once! The machines are fair, the claws have a good grip, and you actually have a real chance at winning. I ended up with SOOOOO many plushies — seriously, my arms were full by the end! It’s honestly addictive, but in the best way. And the coolest part? They even let me exchange stuffies I didn’t like for others from the same machine. I’ve never seen another arcade do that. It just shows how honest and customer-friendly this place is. They truly go above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves happy. I’ve been to a lot of arcades and claw machine spots, but this one stands out by far. It’s clean, well-maintained, has tons of variety in prizes, and the staff treat you like a friend. I left smiling, already planning my next visit. If you love claw machines or just want to have a fun, fair, feel-good experience, this is THE place to go. I would absolutely go back again (and probably will very soon)!

I watched it caress a stuffed toy like a gentle lover, then drop it with all the commitment of a ghosted Tinder date. The prizes look like they were stolen from a dollar store clearance bin in 2003. One machine had a half-eaten candy still in the wrapper. I wish I was joking. The staff? The man grinned at me like they successfully scammed another one. I will burn this place down in my memory and salt the earth so no joy may grow here again. Avoid at all costs—unless your hobby is funding disappointment.
