I feel very uncomfortable once I walk in. The staff always keeps an eye on you and if you touch a product the staff goes to that exact product to "fix it". They're prices are good but customer service is horrible. I've been noticing this kind of customer service for a long time maybe last few years. They should definitely improve on their customer service.
A TikTok video brought me here, and since I was in the area, I decided to check it out! The prices are very affordable, and they carry a nice range of makeup, perfume, and soaps. That being said, I felt uncomfortable because one staff member kept following me around. After I tested or looked at a product, she would go over and touch it, almost as if checking if I had taken something. Looking at other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. Also, while the staff member with long hair who was working the floor didn’t greet me, offer me a basket, or a wipe (I greeted her instead), but she offered another lady a tester strip. However, the lady behind the counter, was friendly and helpful. She offered me a basket and wipe I really appreciated her. Overall, I’d recommend this place for its prices and variety, but I’d caution shoppers about the behavior of certain staff members. If you look a particular way.
The staff there was extremely rude. They did not even welcome when I entered the store. The lady with the brown hair kept following me and treated me like I was some thief. She made me extremely uncomfortable. Please teach your staff how to be polite to the customers.
As a business owner and avid perfume collector , if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I drove to this place after Google search for Middle Eastern fragrances to look for something new that I would like . I guess, I should have read reviews first! Since I have a big perfume collection, Im very picky what I buy and never buy without trying it first and /or wearing it on my skin. So I spray a lot of samples and take them home to reflect on how the fragrance behaves throughout the day.Lady who was working there was very rude to me with no costumer service training whatsoever , she said I can't try anything anymore and acaused me of comparing prices online, which is an absurd because prices there are comparable to online nothing groundbreaking. All I was doing , was checking fragrance notes on fragrantica which I always do. I was stunned! I was never treated like that before! Usually sales people are very eager to help and suggest products not detter people from it! I don't know how the store stays in business? If it was my employee, she would be let go. Anyway , I was about to make a purchase of something but I would rather give my money to someone else ,who is gracious and knows to value any costumer walking through the door ,considering the competition out there is very stiff these days. Save time, go elsewhere .
Honestly I would not recommend to go here, there is literally nothing to buy and everything is original price and not discounted price. I tried to buy makeup and everything looks trashy and old, their wasn’t even shades available. The branded perfumes are the exact same price, so save your time and buy it at a proper store instead. The staff are very rude, not welcoming at all and just disrespectful.
INSANELY RUDE staff. The lady started freaking out over me not buying a makeup brush and trying to hint that she thinks i’m stealing!! They also would not allow customers to test any perfumes! These ladies follow you around to tell you not to touch this and that. How do they expect to make a sale without people actually smelling the perfumes and reading the products beforehand They do not know how to interact with people in a customer service setting. I have never experienced such weird disgusting racist behaviour in a store. Save the drive and go somewhere else!! Horrible staff
Although they have quite a nice selection of vintage and Arabian perfumes, half of their good selection is locked behind the counter, and you have to ask the people there to spray it on your skin, which is not only tedious, but annoying too, especially when trying a fragrance on is a paramount part of shopping for fragrance. I really wish they can improve this; as if they do I will definitely be coming back here, due to their great selection. The deals are so-so, some stuff is at a great discount, but some stuff is overpriced. The real only thing that needs improvement, but DEFINITELY needs improvement, is the locking away of selection behind the counter.
