She’s really a people person and I enjoyed interacting with her but when I started breaking out due to the wax she kept telling me it was me and not her. I believed her until I recently went to another spot and had a much different (better) experience. Made me question the service I was provided and if something was perhaps done incorrectly. Just my experience. If you have sensitive skin maybe go to someone that has better knowledge of after care
I went to the business and it was closed even though the review said that it should be open at the time I went, I called and asked for the closing time and the woman who answered me was extremely rude and told me that she closes when she wants to close, I didn't arrive to specify the service and I'm glad because if she was EXTREMELY RUDE on the phone I don't think she's a good person.
the lady is very rude and lacks basic customer service skills. someone before me didn't show up to their appointment and the lady took it out on me by cancelling my appointment when i was 5 minutes late. she said “let me do you guys a favour” not even considering the fact that theres a construction zone and her entrance is behind the building so it was not easy to locate. i called her multiple time when i arrived thinking maybe I got the timing wrong and she didn't answer. when i called again after an hour she picks up and starts yelling about how she has plans she needs to get to. i had to hang up. what a bitter woman. she didn't even have the decency to call and notify me that she left and I'm waiting there an hour and half thinking i messed up the timing.
I had a Brazilian booked, unfortunately I was not able to attend my booking. I called the lady the day of the booking and informed her I was not able to come in due to the fact that I had given birth the night before unexpectedly. She rudely told me that I could have called her sooner.... I politely informed her once again that I could not have called her because I was busy giving birth. She hung up on me! She will never be getting my service due to how rude she was. I am very sorry I was not able to give her more time but my baby came a little bit early and I didn't even get a congratulations. Just very rude.
She literally ripped of the skin from my brows and upper lips it started burning my face and when I looked into the mirror after reaching home my face had complete burning sensation with scars left over everywhere she waxed.
I called and the woman who answered was rude. I simply asked for an opening for today and she wouldn’t tell me. Was forcing me to choose a time. Every time I gave her was not available. Why couldn’t she just give me a time? I will definitely not be giving them my business.
I have never felt so pain free while getting waxed, the service is amazing, the lady ( i am sorry i forgot to ask your name) is amazing, humble and polite. This is my go to wax place without a doubt. I highly recommend this place. FYI , if you want a pain free Brazilian wax experience then this is your place. Thank you for your services
