A troubling example of how not to handle customer feedback. Unprofessional conduct and suspicious review activity. As someone familiar with public service and consumer protection standards in Ontario, I find this business’s behavior troubling. While I initially intended to leave a simple one-star review, I felt it necessary to elaborate after seeing how the owner responds to other customers. Rather than offering respectful resolution, they accuse people of lying, call them competitors, and even threaten legal action and police involvement—all over honest feedback. This kind of intimidation is not only inappropriate but contradicts the spirit of Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, which protects a customer’s right to share their experience without fear of retaliation. Even more concerning is the pattern of reviews: before the recent complaints, the last review was from a year ago. Then suddenly, after receiving several critical reviews, they were met with a cluster of glowing 5-star reviews posted within the same day. This raises red flags regarding authenticity. According to Google’s review policy and the Canadian Competition Act, businesses are prohibited from posting fake reviews or misleading the public through manipulated testimonials. Consumers have the right to fair, respectful service and honest representation. I urge anyone considering this business to read their public replies and patterns of activity carefully before making a decision!
Wonderful service provided. We loved Queena, she was very reliable. Without her, my business would have been very blatant. I can not say enough good things about her as I really loved her and her team. Her services were top notch. I highly recommend and she provided my orders on time always.

Very poor customer service, quality of the products are very poor and cheap, I never ever again going to that place. Everything are very disorganized and ask anything they don't have it and they keep saying my container is coming next week and next week never comes
I went here twice the first time I went was when I was looking for a bird cage money box for my wedding which was sold out. I asked the lady if they had any other similar items to which she directed me and told me that the item was $45. I let her know that I'd like to purchase it however she left and didn't come back for I don't know how long so we left and decided to check out a different place. The second time I went I again waited for a very long time around 15 mins just to speak to someone and then another 15 just to have the item brought to me, to which another lady said the same $45 item was actually $65. Very unprofessional place. I am very upset with my experience here.
