Very poor service from manager he was very unhelpful & hung up the phone on me on more than one occasion he is quite rude & very impatient as I am a customer who’s spent hungry of dollars when I’ve shopped. They are also quite expensive & doesn’t try to help rectify any issues & blames it on the farm which is unacceptable as an answer to a customer. Ive bought bunches of flowers that were completely dead & they didn’t want to help but I eventually got a new box but that isn’t something that I should fight for it should be something that is offered to help out the customer. All in all poor customer service & poor quality

I came in asking to purchase for a last minute event and was told by the first person, ( who seemed to be the son of the business owner) one price of peonies. Then the next lady (which seemed to be the mother) told me that his price information was incorrect and gave me a higher price. As I was checking out the a third person ( this time a man named mahamod) looked at my order and then increased a price a third time saying they told me the incorrect price. BUYER BEWARE. The took advantage of the situation knowing I had one day to prepare arrangements for an even and upchared two times.
