Very bad experience. The ragi I bought contained stones, which could be dangerous. Please improve your quality control and check products properly before selling. Customer safety should be a priority.
Many unique products. They have frozen vacuum packed buffalo stewing meat in the back freezer. Hard to find! I need to explore this place more and will be back.
Do not buy buff sausages from this store. Absolute rip off. They charge 20 CAD for a packet (8 pcs) of buff sausage that tastes sour and are nothing special. I should have rather bought 3 packets of Zabina Halal spicy sausage for that price.

I am a loyal customer, but this is the third time my order has been changed without asking me. Instead of the items I ordered, I was sent different products likely the ones that don’t sell. I stayed quiet the first two times, but not anymore. This is very poor customer service. If something is out of stock, call or message the customer. Do not replace items without permission.
Idk what’s wrong with chatpate didi/baini but she was super rude. She seems like she wasn’t interested in what she was doing. I get that some day can be long and can be hectic but giving us side eye and idk her overall vibe was off. They should either tell her to smile more often, make warm welcoming atmosphere or hire someone new.
The owner is super friendly and staffs are also helpful. As compared to other Nepalese store, Himalayan grocers stands out the best. However, if they could do some discounts and offers that would have been much better. Overall, I love this store and would never think of twice to go back!
