Worst service we ever had . Today we had a big community Event and Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful with our children and elders. Never rent this hall
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Princess Banquet Hall, especially to Mr. Harishan for being an exceptional organizer and so flexible throughout the process. Our wedding was held on April 16, 2025, and we booked the hall on very short notice. Despite the tight timeline, Mr. Harishan ensured everything was perfectly arranged. We had no stress about the decoration , food, or Aiyer. everything was seamless and beautifully handled. Our guests absolutely loved it. My family and I are truly happy for choosing Princess Banquet Hall for our special day. I would highly recommend this venue. Thank you again to the entire team and especially to Harishan for making our wedding day so memorable and beautiful.
Jeya is the manager who helped organize our event. He is friendly and accommodating. The banquet hall is beautiful, clean, and organized. The venue is appropriate for all types of events.
This hall management is very very very bad. They started removing the decor halfway through the event when there was still hours left. This is a huge waste of money, for people who want to host an event in the future, this is a warning. The event started at 1:30 and it was supposed to end at 3:00. Halfway through the time that they had, they already started cleaning up and putting away main decorations.
It did not provide any drinks, ice cream, vegetarian options for food, also their was a dead ant in my food which ruined my whole experience. Will never come here again. The decorations in the place are broken and not even placed properly. Horrible experience
Awful experience. You were supposed to ask the organizer to handle the trouble maker and should have let them to figure out how to make event better rather than stopping the event abruptly and unprofessionally.
The food was great.... overall the place is not bad at all.... the entrance carpet need to be cleaned or changed...this is a good place to have a small function... only downside is the car park it's congested always
