I today got a haircut. Extremely dissatisfied with the guy who cut my hair. He doesn't speak a word of English. I told him 10 times, but he was like "blvlvsvsbhhcb," didn't understand my words, and I couldn't understand his. Ruined my hair.
The lineup was a little crooked unfortunately . I pay $ 30 just for a line up but I wasn't happy and I'm not the type to complain as there were people waiting so I left it alone . I'm not a happy customer .
Mike was a kind and talented barber. Went to a different barber and they messed up my boyfriend’s hair . He was able to fix it in no time and made our day .
I waited 20+ minutes for a haircut then when one of them barbers was done for one of the customers, he went on to get a haircut himself in the middle of the day while I waited!!! and then his colleague went on and sat down on the chair to rest or wartch videos on his phone while I kept watching them, knowing I was visible but ignored!!! I cannot forget how they treated me. It was my first visit And my last ever!! those guys there need to learn manners and Customer Service because they are below zero in these two fields.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a barber that left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this wasn’t going to be a great experience. The barber didn’t greet me or offer a seat, and the shop felt more like a cluttered, forgotten corner of the city rather than a professional establishment. The haircut itself was a disaster. The barber seemed completely disinterested, barely paying attention to what I asked for. I showed a reference picture, and instead of making any effort to replicate it, they seemed to be winging it. The cut was uneven, with noticeable patches where the hair was either too short or left too long. The lines were crooked, and I could tell they weren’t using proper technique. To make matters worse, the tools looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The clippers were rusty and uncomfortable, and the comb felt sticky. There was no effort to ask me how I wanted my hair styled afterward, and I left the shop feeling embarrassed rather than refreshed. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a barber shop. The lack of professionalism, poor technique, and unsanitary conditions made it clear that I won’t be returning. I wouldn’t recommend this barber to anyone looking for a quality haircut.
Abu gave me the best haircut of my life. So I went back there today and got one from the younger guy, he rushed through the job in 5 minutes flat and my hair somehow looks worse than when I came in. That's it, it's Abu or another place from now on.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Teenage son has being going there for years. $20 haircut and sideburn clean up with an electric razor. Now today he comes back and told me $35 was what they charged. $35 for what? you know my son by name and you now charge him almost 60% more for the same service he has received for years and even 3 months ago?
