The barber is quite friendly and tries to be accommodating, but the receptionist, a slim Indian girl, comes across as rude since she doesn't even crack a smile or say thank you.
I have visiting this shop for a few years and when we usually come it’s for 4 hair cuts at once. We usually stick to our barber but recently tried to split to cut down the time! That was a big mistake, having kids making appointments are critical especially when they are toddlers! We made an appointment and when we got there on time one of barber who made the appointment with took someone else. We waiting 35 minutes and I advised the receptionist who I checked in with she was smiling and saying oh we are running late! Why are you smiling clearly you all made a mistake and took someone before respecting the appointment? That was not the case he took someone else before us which was not right. The new receptionist has no customer service skills and for the few years I’ve been here I have ever experienced this which as I mentioned the professionals around it made me upset! I put no names in here as I still appreciate the barber I actually came to see but some of the other ones don’t care about peoples time!
Ruined my haircut and when I tried to talk to them the manager gave me a cold shoulder and didn’t seem bothered at all I usually would t leave a review but I felt like it was necessary
Went in with decent expectations, but honestly, the experience was disappointing. The place was busy, but the service didn’t match up. The barber rushed through the cut and didn’t pay attention to detail. The final result was not good — definitely not worth the hype. Won’t be coming back.
Man, I wanted to like this place, I went here 3 times. Punctuality is a real problem. My appointment was 3, and they didn't put me in the chair till 20 mins after. I lucked out getting Tobi the first two times, but he went on vacation and never returned. Yesterday, I had Simon, who was very clearly in a rush. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he repeated back to me something different each time. I wanted a simple fade, 0 and .5. I like it short. He says okay so .5 and 1, and just starts shaving away. I told him to use a straight razor on my neck, as the clippers they have gave me bumps last time. He said okay and proceeded to use the electric razor anyway. When I pointed it out, he switched but only for my face, which he then SLICED and said, "Oh, sorry, I ran over a pimple." There was no pimple... see image. Even if there was, you can see this is a sliced line. Honestly, getting cut is one thing. Accidents happen, but you were pressing too hard cause you were rushing to get the next client. I won't be coming back, and Im glad Tobi isn't either. I'm going to find out where he went cause these kids are amateurs.
I wish there is an option to give less than 1 star. The worst..absolutely disgusting. My husband went for a haircut and they have literally trimmed all of his hair completely. Please listen, understand and then act. Respect customers. That's the least you could do.
I went for a normal haircut and they usually charge the haircut price plus tax, this time they charged me $10 extra on the basis that they spend extra time which they didn't have to, my hair were too short to be spending that much time, everything was done without my consent. Extra charge for spending more time? WHAT?
