We bought a shower set from Bath Depot and it turned out to not suit our needs, but we only realized after it was installed. I had to spend another $100 to get another part (bar for the handheld to raise and lower), but it still didn’t really have the functionality we wanted (have handheld and rain head on at same time). I wish the salesperson had asked us more questions and been more thorough in explaining all the functions and limitations of the items available.

I purchased a toilet from Bath Depot back in 2016 and I recently had to replace the flush valve. I went into the store late Friday evening and spoke with Patricia, the store manager, about the part I was looking for. She reassured me that it was an easy replacement by demonstrating on the floor model. However, the issue was that the part was on back order and it would take over 1-mth to ship! I told her I need my toilet to work and asked if I could take the floor model part until the next shipment. Without hesitation Patricia said of course. I was so relieved...she was super nice and understanding about the situation and even said you can pay when your new part arrives. Fantastic employees like Patricia is what makes a good company great! Knowing that I'll be taken care of as a customer is the most important thing and have me returning again and again.
