Tapworks had renovated our kitchen for the previous owner of our condo, and we have purchased items from them. We wanted to replace the kitchen cabinet doors so we went into Tapworks to discuss our options. Two associates were in the store, speaking with two customers. Not one of the associates looked at us, or acknowledged our presence or said they would be with us when they could be. One got up and walked right in front of us to demonstrate a shower door to his customer. He did not even say “excuse me” when he walked in front of us. We walked out and I called the store to complain. They answered the phone right away, but could not even acknowledge our presence. They have lost a customer for what would have been an easy sale due to the fact that they did the original renovation and would have known exactly what our layout was and number of doors required. Way to go Tapworks!
During our kitchen renovation 13 years ago, we bought our tap from Tapworks. Over this past Thanksgiving weekend...the handle of the tap broke off (not Tapworks' fault). Desperate, as company was coming, I drove down to tapworks to see if I could find parts...regrettably, there were none. However, Leta did 'lend' me another one to help me get through the weekend. I really appreciated her assistance in getting us through this (turned out .... the tap she lent me didn't work, but...the effort was appreciated). I'd recommend tapworks as being a team that stands by their clients.
I know they were busy, but I was not acknowledged for over 5 minutes and when an employee was asked to talk to me I was made to wait an additional 10-15 minutes while he finished wrapping g a package rather than allowing me any attention. Not impressed. In the end after approximately 20 minutes they didn't have what I wanted in stock. A simple question that could have been answered quickly and not wasting my time. Will not return
Horrible experience especially with the kitchen designer. She was extremely condescending. Wasn’t even offered to sit down and look at other products. She just assumed I couldn’t afford there things in all areas. Was judged based on my looks and age. Extremely disappointing and wouldn’t recommend. Plumbing and parts in Whitby was amazing to deal with and better pricing better!!

Carlos and staff seem very knowledgeable and gave us great insight on design/layout , honest and patient -Great customer service and very pleased with the fine attention to detail on the installation.
We LOVE this place. Staff are very knowledgeable and their selection is expansive. I find their prices to be comparable to the big box stores. We've done several renovations over the years and use this place exclusively for our bathroom items b/c they know what they are talking about.
