He actually isn't reliable or dependable on his schedule wasted 2 days trying to have him fix a simple flat tire on my ebike what I get was bullying mocking and shaming of a disabled man not to mention hes not truthful goes around to the other bike mechanic telling him that he is never late for an outcall service but yet he always has a history of being late not i honestly would to call the place on old Kingston road kid knows bikes and is very good fixing flat tires as his fool didn't even check the tube to see why it went flat just acted like a revengful man costs me 100+ in tubs and tire tread all because he FAILED TO SEE THE TAP ON THE TIER FRAME WAS BENT IM SURE HE DIDN'T DO IT ON PURPOSE BUT IF YOUR TIRE KEEPS LEAKING ITS probably from this Fool's negligence Or maybe even intentional sabotage Just so that he earns more money from your In the lack of knowledge
After my order was canceled, the seller promised a refund but never gave it. Instead, he used negative words. I went to the seller’s address, he hid and did not come out. Security also refused to help
Rick is a good mechanic and overall person! My grandpa trusts only him for his scooter needs/repairs. We ordered a battery from him for a scooter. Unfortunately the battery had issues with the charging portion, so he let us borrow his other battery until the new battery can be fixed and reinstalled. He really knows his stuff, always try’s his best, speaks with facts, and good at building relationships. My grandpa loves seeing him come by, only time he’ll actually get up from his room (other than riding his scooter lol). One thing, he’s a super busy guy! But always trust he will get you right no matter what! I’d recommend him to all my friends and family look forward to the new battery replacement and seeing him again! Our new go to guy! Very bad experience for me because my cycle is not working well and he charged 45 dollars just to repair the puncture of my cycle tyre so i don't recommend to go there . Thanks
All I'm going to say is even though he's not from a shop he does a very very good job on fixing everything honestly he's the man hit this guy up he's worth it pls ignore my my name I just don't know what name to put as my Gmail but still he's top quality fixed and gave lessons about my scooter
Rick is best mechanic in the indutry. He is the most knowledge when it comes to ebikes and e motorcules. Would 100% recommend giving this guy a call for any of your ebike issues.
