His customer service was fantastic, he explained what needed to be done clearly, and his pricing was very fair for the quality of work. Jimmy found me a beautiful touring bike -- something I've always wanted, and my first since I was 16-years-old. He personalized it with fenders, bell, water bottle holder, reflectors, and other hardware. He is a kind, hard-working man with a tremendous passion for helping people and families enjoy the sport of biking. Fast and friendly service. I got a new front tire done in 90 minutes same day for $55, walk-in without appointment. Jim is fast, friendly, informative and charges reasonable prices. Highly recommend this for all your bicycle needs in Scarborough.
Great service from Jimmy. He provided the tool for tire inflation for free. Unfortunately the tire was broken by my friend during inflation by accident today. He was glad to give it a check and suggest service for repair. I like the way he talks to customers with warm and welcoming tone. It's hard to get such experience in other repair shops. Will be happy to revisit if something wrong happens again with my tire
