I drove in with my 2025 Hyundai Tuscon, which was in need of a thorough cleaning. BlackStar did an immaculate job. They took out, cleaned, and installed my TuxMats correctly. Everything was wiped down, the outside shining as the day I drove it out the dealership. I was really impressed. No doubt about where I’ll be taking my car for detailing next time!
I got the front end professionally painted two to three months ago. Absolutely no obvious swirls. Came in for an exterior detail. And then I had extremely obvious and deep swirl marks in the clear coat all over the hood and fenders from their mitts, black paint doesn't lie. I will give them this, and add two stars back for it because of how much I appreciate it. They polished the car afterwards, but having to argue back and forth for an hour with them trying to prove and show pictures that the front end didn't have any swirling honestly was very frustrating. In the end the owner came in and did a good job polishing the car back up to how it was, and for that I'm very grateful. He did a great job, and took great care trying to fix the swirls. I cut out some of the more harsh stuff. I came here because of the high reviews, and maybe I was just unlucky today. You get what you paid for. Always check your paint beforehand and take pictures. Use your own judgement.
I just came to this place to get a car wash they said that they cannot do a $45 car wash because it has dog hair. I said I don’t mind about the dog here all I want you to do is please use one of your vacuums on the ground And just to be able to clean it I’m OK with that. The guy said that I had to go to the $75 package so they offer a $45 package but won’t accept it because they want to upsell you. Please do not ever darken their doors. You’re making a huge mistake. So In response to his response if I don’t want to pay 75.00 I shouldn’t have to NOR should I be offered 45 and told because I have dog hair we won’t do it. I as a PAYING customer was fine paying 45 so offering it then saying you will ONLY do the 75 means you wanted to upsell and didn’t care what me as the customer was willing to pay which was the 45 offered. Good try though
